Cancellations because of coronavirus
On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak of coronavirus, known as COVID-19, to be a global pandemic. We are providing the following coverage for COVID-19 under our extenuating circumstances policy to help protect our community and provide peace of mind.
MarinaReservation.com is following the cancellation policies of the marinas involved.
Any Guest or User could request (i) the postponement of the booking to a later date (only if Marina’s Cancellation Policy permits or Marina agrees), or (ii) the cancellation of the booking (only if Marina’s Cancellation Policy permits or Marina agrees), after justifying the circumstances in writing to MarinaReservation.com within a minimum 7 days before the date of the Check-in time. If the postponement or cancellation request of the Marina Berth Rental is less than 7 days before the Check-in time, MarinaReservation.com will not refund the Marina Berth Rental Price, which the Guest accepts.
If any postponement or cancellation is requested, MarinaReservation.com will contact the Marina involved. Depending on Marina’s Cancellation Policies, there will be 2 cases:
- If Marina’s Cancellation Policy permits or Marina agrees, MarinaReservation.com will start the refund procedure between the Client and the Marina involved, less MarinaReservation.com Service Fees. The refund process could take up to 30 days.
- If Marina’s Cancellation Policy does not permit or Marina does not agree with the booking postponement or cancellation, MarinaReservation.com will inform the Guest and will refund the booking neither the Service Fees.
