Engure

Engure Marina is located in the village of Engure, on the Western shores of the Gulf of Riga. Engure has only two B&Bs, both very lovely, cozy and comfortable: Villa Elizabete, Sadancis. However, if you don’t find either of them appropriate for your needs and budget, there are several others nearby: Hotel Tukums, Rezidence Kurzeme, Hotel Melnais Starkis Guesthouse, KRC Jaunkemeri, Sanatorium Jantarnij Bereg. You will find great accommodation and travel advice so that you have an inspiring holiday. The Latvian cuisine combines agricultural produce and meat and due to the country’s location, fish is a very popular ingredient. Latvia’s cuisine is also influenced by the other countries in the Baltic region. Other regular ingredients Latvians use in their dishes are barley, potatoes, onions, cabbage and eggs.
