Sóller is about half an hour’s drive from Palma Airport. The town provides a large variety of local-cuisine restaurants, boutiques, hotels, traditional markets and museums. There are two good sandy beaches in the immediate vicinity of Sóller, which are known locally as “Es Traves” and “Ca´n Repic”. At approximately 4 km from the centre of old town there are two mountain villages named Fornalutx and Biniaraix where visitors can experience the traditional Majorcan way of life. • By Plane: 2-3 hours away from Paris, Madrid and other important capitals. From the airport you need to take a car to get to Marina Tramontana for about 50 min (40 km).
