Use monitored booking if your marina is a busy place and your marina occupancy level is unpredictable. This way, when the request comes, you can decide on the spot if you can accept it or not. Don’t worry, you don’t have to check your account all the time to see the requests, we will let you know via email and SMS when a request has been made in your marina.
Customizable boat profile
You will be able to require from your potential clients only the boat information you’re interested in (like boat registration number, boat country, boat model, boat name). The administrator of a marina can specify which information is mandatory and which is optional.

Smart features for flexible pricing models
All businesses are different so instead of asking you to adjust to fit into the system, we created a system that is tailored to your needs. With the platform’s new functionalities, you have more options and freedom in terms of pricing:
a. Set your own criteria for calculating the berth prices: length classes, square meters, fixed length classes, fixed length and beam classes.
b. Require a percent (not the entire price) to be paid by your clients via MarinaReservation.com. For example 100% means full payment and 50% – half payment via our website. Also, you can apply a required payment only to the first day of booking.
c. Set up your general prices for any time period, starting from daily, weekly, monthly, 3 months to 6 months and yearly prices. Still not flexible enough for you? Set up a custom number of days for which the price will apply.
d. Create your own custom seasons and set custom prices for them.
e. Create discounts and apply them to the general prices or to your seasonal pricing. You can also apply them to any booked period or to trips with a minimum number of days set by you.
f. Create a special offer price for a client who has already requested a berth with a default price. He will be informed via email of the new offer he has received.
g. Add facilities for your marina and set up prices for the ones you would like to rent to your customers. Clients will be able to rent them by the hour/ person/ boat/ day or by holiday, depending on your chosen criteria.
