Club Náutico Cases d´Alcanar or Les Cases d’Alcanar Yacht Club is situated in Alcanar, a Spanish municipality that lays on the Mediterranean coast, at the base of Serra del Montsia range. It is also the southernmost municipality in the region of Catalonia. This marina is hosted by one of Alcanar’s villages, called Cases d’Alcanar which is a mesmerising fishing village. Tourists will find a few historical attractions near the marina, like the nearby old tower that was meant to protect the area from pirates. Only 3 km away from the port, tourists will find the town of Alcanar, where archaeological evidence of previous generations can be found. Moleta del Remei Archaeological Site, Ruta dels Ibers or Sant Jaume-Mas d’en Serra are just a few sites of great importance in Alcanar.
