CYOA Yacht Charters is located in Frenchtown, a neighborhood of Charlotte Amalie, the capital of the US Virgin Islands. The marina is situated on Cay Bay, west of the main harbor, directly across Hassel Island. Frenchtown is a colorful neighborhood that offers many gourmet restaurants overlooking the water, along with open air pubs, coffee shops and pizzerias. Nearby is Charlotte Amalie downtown area, with a wide variety of duty-free shopping, dining and entertainment. This picturesque town has many historic attractions, including Blackbeard’s Castle, a five-story masonry watchtower said to have been the lookout post of the famous pirate Blackbeard; Water Island, a quiet residential island with great white-sand beaches, including Honeymoon Beach, Limestone Bay; and an underground fort from World War II named Fort Segarra. About 5 km north of Charlotte you’ll find the heart-shaped Magens Bay, with a long beach and calm turquoise waters.
