This form must be completed and sent to the maritime health authority (see the emails above) by the captains of pleasure boats under 24 meters LOA arriving from Italian ports, from Schengen States, Monaco Principality and U.K.
You must fill out the self-declaration and prove that you have undergone a molecular or antigenic test, carried out by means of a swab, with negative result. You can only take the test in the 48 hours before you arrive.
As soon as you enter the national territory, you must inform your Local Health Authority of reference: you need to register yourself on the following Website https://testcovid.costruiresalute.it/ , in order to control the access to the island and to get in touch with the regional health system
If you are unable to undergo a molecular or antigenic test within 48 hours prior to entering Italy/Sicily, you must self-isolate for 10 days.
