Northland is a region located in the Northern part of New Zeeland. It is also nicknamed the Far North because it’s the furthest area on the north of the island. The most prominent city of the region is Kerikeri. Northland is surrounded by waters on both sides, in the East, it bathes in the Pacific Ocean, while the Western coast is bathed by the Tasman Sea.
