The landmark of this town, its old city walls, were built around the 13th century. These walls are located in the South of the city and, at their core, you will find the city gate.

The other famous sight in Trogir is the Cathedral of St Lawrence dating back to the year 1213. From the cathedral’s bell tower, you can admire a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding. Next to the cathedral, there is the loggia, another beautiful building built around the 14th – 15th centuries, which hosts a beautiful relief. Also, facing the cathedral, there is the beautiful Cipiko Palaces, home of the nobility, built in the 15th century.

The Kamerlengo Castle built in 1420 by the Venetians is home of the Trogir Summer Festival and a good place to take a photo. The palace itself is empty, but its walls have stood the test of time. Trogir has a vast and simply beautiful promenade which is tourists’ favorite hang-out place. Of course, the promenade is lined with bars, cafés and fine dining places. It is the most vivid area of the town during the summer, offering lots of culinary opportunities, fun events and occasions to socialize.

Trogir is surrounded by beautiful beaches. Therefore, as soon as you leave your vessels in one of the ports in Trogir, we recommend you see Okrug Gornji, the most popular beach in the area. It is less than 2km away from the old town of Trogir, lying on the island of Čiovo. You can get here by boat or road as there is a bridge that connects Trogir to the island. This beautiful pebble beach is packed with cafés and bars and many tourists also book accommodation here.

Pantan Beach, located in the proximity of the Split airport, is a preferred destination among water sport lovers. Moreover, many families with children also come here in the summer. The beach lies at the mouth of the Pantan River.

Medena Beach is another great option if you don’t want to leave Trogir’s perimeter. This beach is located only 4 km away from the town’s center. It lies in the western part of the city and stretches over more than 3 km. Medena is a gravel beach that’s guarded by tall pine trees. Entering ACI Marina Trogir. In the channel north of the town the sea is only 2 m deep, and going further it becomes even shallower (1 m).

Over this channel, the town is connected with the mainland by a solid bridge, while with Čiovo Island, where the ACI marina is situated, it is connected by a bascule-bridge (2.40 m high) which does not open anymore. For boats that cannot pass under the bascule- bridge approach to the port is possible from the west, between Čiovo Island and Čelice reef.
